Our sales process looks like this:

Find Opportunities

After you tell us your ideal client, we’ll find a bunch of them that are in desperate need of SEO.

Prospect Research

We’ll conduct hours of SEO research for each prospect. We’ll look for revenue-generating opportunities, major flaws, or compelling competitor insights.

Outreach

We’ll take all our research and craft an insanely valuable email. Prospects love this because NOBODY does it, and it immediately creates trust.

Discovery Meeting

Next, we’ll schedule a discovery meeting with the prospect. We’ll learn about their business, pain points, and goals.

Strategy Creation

Next, we’ll craft a unique strategy based on what we learned. This takes roughly 10 hours and consists of keyword research, competitor analysis, and estimating revenue potential, etc. This will be shared with you for approval.

Proposal

After roughly a week of collaborating with the prospect on the strategy, now it’s time to craft the final proposal. This will be shared with you for approval.

Hand-Off

Once we get the e-signature, we’ll introduce the new client to your team for onboarding. You’ll also receive detailed notes summarizing everything learned in previous meetings.

Rinse & Repeat

We’ll continue this process until the goal is met.

When can I expect results?
    • Within 1 month, you’ll see initial traction (meetings booked, lots of interest).
    • Within 2 months, we’ll be creating strategies and writing proposals.
    • Within 3-4 months, we’ll be closing deals and sending them to you for onboarding.
What’s the average deal size?

We usually close deals worth $5K – 10K/mo. For us, it’s easier to close fewer larger deals than many small deals.

What industries will you be targeting?

This is something we’ll decide together. For example, if you want to exclusively target software companies, we can do that!

Do you sell to local or national brands?

We exclusively sell to national brands with 10 or more full-time employees.

How involved can I be in the sales process?

That’s completely up to you. Generally, your involvement would include approving the strategies and proposals before they get sent to the prospect.
